Our trademark is the thin and crispy Galette, “Kraz” as my Mam Gozh used to say. Our buckwheat is 100% organic and French. Our preparations are homemade.

The beer is made from 90% local organic barley from Sarzeau (Bellevue farm) 10% special barley from Belgium and hops for bitterness and aromas come from Alsace and Germany
Cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, the orchards are planted with around fifteen traditional Breton varieties.
Gourmet creperie is a whole unique know-how of crepes all as talented as each other, cooking with love their recipes both traditional and original. It is also a label promoting our local producers.
